Configure Workspace Rules
Define your working calendar, holidays, check-in window, local timezone, GPS geofencing, and the daily rotating Dynamic Access PIN from Settings.

Invite Team Members
Enter each staff member’s name, email, and role in the Add tab. Generate a unique, cryptographically signed invitation link for every person.

Employee Scans Their Face
The secure invitation activates a guided liveness check. Random blink prompts verify physical presence, block photo or video replays, and capture a biometric reference.

Review Photo and Approve
Inspect each pending verification photo, then approve the member. Duplicate biometric data is blocked and approved employees receive portal access immediately.
